Terms of Service
Applies to TorontoJackpots.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 19 years old (or the legal gambling age where you are located, if higher) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under it.
- We may require age/identity checks and may suspend or close accounts that fail verification.
2) Social casino / virtual currency
- The Service is for entertainment only and does not offer real-money gambling.
- Virtual coins/credits and virtual items are fictional, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money, prizes, or anything of real-world value.
- No cash-out, withdrawal, or conversion to real-world value is available.
3) Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
- Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights.
- Do not interfere with the Service, including introducing malware or scraping at scale.
4) Content & intellectual property
We (and/or our licensors) own the Service, software, and all related branding and content, except user content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, use, and display your user content to operate and improve the Service.
5) Suspension & termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access (including virtual items/coins) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created risk for others, or for operational/security reasons.
6) Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Competition Act where applicable.
7) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
8) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
